She has spent 15 years as a Genie trainer and the last 2 years working with Xestro, helping practices get the most out of their software, their systems, and their staff. Veronica is a high-achiever with deep skills across practice administration, medical billing, staff training and office management. Highly organised and naturally innovative, she has a knack for spotting what needs to be done—and getting it done, properly and on time. She is a proactive leader who never settles for “good enough.” Driven by purpose, Veronica pours her heart into everything she does.
